All ordered items in stock will be despatched within 3 working days and will generally be sent via Royal Mail or UPS - dependent on weight / bulk. The standard shipping and handling fee is £8 + VAT to the UK mainland. This is a flat rate charge regardless of order size. If you are outside the UK mainland, please see below.

Any items which are out of stock will be marked on the invoice and will follow when the outstanding order is completed. These items will be sent at our expense as a single shipment. If the outstanding items are no longer required then it is your duty to inform us you no longer require them before they are despatched.

Please check any deliveries as they arrive and mark on the courier sheet if any items are damaged or missing.

There is no surcharge for delivering to residential addresses.

International orders

International orders are provided ex works and courier collection will need to be arranged by the customer. The goods will be picked, well packed and the carton weight and dimensions provided to the customer for them to arrange pick-up. Once the goods have been collected by the courier, the order is complete - we are not liable for any items damaged or lost in transit. Any international orders over the value of ?100 must be paid for by direct bank transfer (TT).
