I'm an eBay trader - can I purchase from you?

Yes. Unlike many, we treat eBay sellers like real businesses.

Can I pay via PayPal?

As a courtesy to eBay traders and small businesses, we do accept PayPal but we do not tolerate any disputes being opened against us through PayPal due to the charges and administration involved. Opening a dispute will result in your account with us being closed.

Do you have a minimum order value?

We do, but as of 2011 it's a mere £30 excluding VAT. The carriage fees will still apply, though and - as they're fixed prices charged by the courier - it's more cost effective to place fewer, larger orders than lots of little ones.

Can I collect my order?

I'm afraid not. We do not allow members of the public on-site.

Can I pay over the phone?

We do not accept payment over the phone for security reasons. All orders must be placed via the website - it's more secure and also easier for administration purposes.
